With 12 years of experience in the fitness industry and 6 years as a strength and conditioning coach, Jesse has had the privilege of working with a diverse range of clients, including professional, semi-professional, and amateur level athletes.  Jesse's knowledge and passion for fitness also makes him a great fit to work with beginners and fitness enthusiasts of all ages and backgrounds.
