Meghan is passionate about helping folks find time in their busy schedules for fitness. Her approach to training is holistic in which she takes into consideration work/life/family schedules, hobbies, diet, mental health, past injuries, pain and sensitivities in the body, and access to fitness equipment/facilities to create a personalized program that is easy to stick to.
Continued education is important to her to ensure the most current information is forefront in her training. A newly certified Pregnancy & Postpartum Corrective Exercise Specialist, she looks forward to the opportunity to encourage, empower and support women through their fitness journey, before, during and after pregnancy.
Meghan is grateful to have been able to live the “mountain lifestyle” at Sun Peaks for many years. She looks forward to sharing her love of snowboarding, mountain biking, yoga, hiking, and Mother Nature with her two young daughters.
